Engagement sessions become reviewable work product.

PrimeTDAP turns engagement sessions and the documents around them into structured findings, prioritized recommendations, and a defensible deliverable — with audit trails, prompt versioning, and human review at every step. Built by Primus Software Corporation for engagements where evidence has to hold up.

What it does

From a session to a memorandum on Counsel's desk.

The platform owns every step that sits between an interview being recorded and a formal deliverable being filed. Each step is auditable, reviewable, and grounded in the underlying evidence.

Engagement sessions, ingested

Upload an interview, working session, or working meeting (video + transcript). The platform cleans the VTT, composes a structured transcript, and produces a per-encounter analysis — decisions, action items, risks, themes — within minutes.

Findings, synthesized

Findings are rolled up from every session in the corpus — per dimension, workstream, or area as the engagement defines — with cited evidence chains and a strength grade. Every finding traces back to the speaker, timestamp, and analysis that produced it.

Recommendations, prioritized

Owner roles, horizons, execution-path tags, success metrics, dependencies. Generated from the findings corpus and reviewable in one pass before promotion to approved status.

A formal deliverable, packaged

A Word + PDF memorandum, an artifact submission package, or a diligence report — whichever the engagement calls for. Cover page, framing appropriate to the audience, per-section intros, conclusion. Cached, regeneratable, audit-trailed.

The workflow

Six stages. One source of truth.

The engagement-to-deliverable arc runs through one platform — no spreadsheet handoffs, no scattered decks, no orphaned findings.

  1. 01

    Ingest

Recorded session → cleaned transcript → per-encounter analysis.

  2. 02

    Synthesize

Cross-session findings, recommendations, and capability assessments.

  3. 03

    Review

Draft → reviewed → approved. Human in the loop at every promotion.

  4. 04

    Package

A deliverable shaped to the engagement — memorandum, submission package, or diligence report — rendered server-side.

  5. 05

    Distribute

Tier-gated access for client leadership with engagement-appropriate framing on every page.

  6. 06

    Interact

Bounded chat per-person, per-session, or per-meeting with citation discipline.

Where it's used

Same platform. Different deliverable shape.

One ingest-to-deliverable arc. The framing, the audience, and the artifact at the end shift to match the engagement.

Counsel direction

Counsel-directed assessment

Engagement stakeholder sessions become per-dimension findings, prioritized recommendations, and a Counsel-grade memorandum your General Counsel can file. Tier-gated access. Privilege framing on every page. Defensible audit trail.

  • Privileged work product under Counsel direction
  • Watermarked client view; "do not forward" framing
  • Formal memorandum in Word and PDF; deck set for leadership
  • Status state machine: draft → reviewed → Counsel-approved

Typical sponsor: General Counsel or Outside Counsel.

Audit cycle

Audit & external-review readiness

When an external auditor or reviewer arrives, the platform turns the engagement corpus — built either alongside the audit or from a prior assessment — into a clean submission. PrimeTDAP catalogs artifact requests, surfaces gaps, prepares supporting documents, and supports the audit cycle through completion.

  • Artifact-request inventory and gap assessment
  • Document strengthening and submission packaging
  • Interview preparation for named audit-respondent roles
  • Real-time advisory support through the audit cycle

Typical sponsor: Compliance lead, Program PMO, or audit point-of-contact.

Deal flow

Due diligence

The same ingest-to-deliverable arc extends naturally to buy-side or sell-side diligence — management Q&A sessions and data-room materials feed structured findings, a materiality-graded issue list, and a deal-team report, with every claim cited to its source.

  • Per-workstream findings (commercial, operational, technology, financial, HR)
  • Materiality-graded issue register with owner and target resolution
  • Management Q&A trail: question, response, supporting evidence
  • Red-flag executive brief for go / no-go conversations

Typical sponsor: Corporate Development, M&A lead, or deal counsel.

Available for new diligence engagements — configured at onboarding.

Each use case applies the same six-stage workflow. The Platform page details how the underlying capability adapts.

Trust

Compliance-aligned. AI-disciplined. Sub-processors disclosed.

The platform's posture is documented, not asserted. Every control has a corresponding policy; every AI surface is classified; every sub-processor is named.

Engagement framing, end to end

Framing carries through every page — privilege, confidentiality, "do not forward" notices, watermarked client views, content fences for sensitive material. Configured per engagement.

Human-in-the-loop AI

Every AI-generated artifact carries a status: draft, reviewed, approved. Nothing is auto-promoted. Every model call is logged, cost-attributed, and prompt-versioned.

Aligned to recognized standards

Controls aligned to SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. EU AI Act classification on every AI surface. Sub-processors disclosed.
